It feels good to think about all of the things that make me feel good. Sometimes we spend a lot more time thinking about the things we don’t like. It’s refreshing to spend time on things that make you smile and things that can cheer you up if you are having a bad day. I think I will hold on to this list for a long time and see what else I can add to it so the next time I am having a rough day I can pick something out and go do it and hopefully make my day and possibly someone else’s day better.
